Answer: Yes, text encrypted with the Windows version can be decrypted by the Web version and vice-versa.
Question: Can anyone use the DECRYPT tool even if they are not registered?
Answer: Yes, the Windows and Web version of DECRYPT will always be fully functional and free to use.
Question: What do the TextEncrypt Tags do?
Answer: Normally, you can paste the ENCRYPTED text in the DECRYPT page and it will work fine, but if you want to paste an entire email or something into that box, TextEncrypt will only read the ENCRYPTED text that is enclosed between the tags.
